But something is stirring. You are sensing that the work is bigger than one circle, one workshop, one retreat. You want to create - a community, a movement, an ecosystem of women who lift each other with intention and structure. Not just with heart.
And you have probably already seen it: the over-giving that leads to exhaustion. The community that starts with fire and dissolves into resentment. The collaboration that collapses because no one named the agreements. The generosity that was not designed to be sustainable.

WHY IT MATTERS
I have spent two decades in personal, professional, and spiritual development - dancing through challenges and soaring with breakthroughs.
The Root to Rise ecosystem was not designed from a whiteboard. Okay, maybe the mind-map came from the whiteboard. The co-creation flowed organically. It grew from the lived experience of building, watching things collapse, healing what collapsed, and building again with wiser hands.
I have seen women's communities fail not because the women weren't enough - but because the structure wasn't. I have seen the most generous women in the room burn out first. I have watched brilliant collaborations dissolve because no one named the agreements. And I have experienced my own relationship with money, visibility, and worth as the deepest facilitation work I have ever done.
Currently the call in our world is to reinstate the ecosystems of community our ancestors buildt.
At the moment society is experiencing deep loneliness, addiction, disconnection, anxiety. The solution has simple - real connection, real communities of care, co-creating together.
There comes a moment when a woman becomes tired of shrinking inside rooms that was never buildt to hold her presence, purpose and power. And when that moment comes, everything changes. Because a healed women, a woman who finally remembers herself, her yearning for feminine connection in community and sisterhood, longing for feminine connection, wisdom, and a deeper relationships with nature, land, people, work - meaning, is a formidable force. Hence the intentional tear down of the old ways.
Most women feel it, know there must be a better way to co-exist in the world, we have a vague recollection of that Matriarchal system which survived the intentional breakdown of nature based knowledge, societies based on peace an d prosperity, a system buildt for support, connection, co-existence and thriving. As Buck minister fuller said: Don't fight the system, build a new one. We can only do this together, with collective intelligence, co-created with our Root to Rise Values of curiosity, connection, compassion and collaboration.

Nine months of building what endures
Mycelium is the underground network that connects trees, exchanges nutrients, and makes entire forests possible. It is invisible, essential, and the reason a forest can survive drought, disease, and storm.
The Mycelium Program teaches you to see like the network beneath the ground. To map ecosystems, design collaboration with structure and soul, hold the agreements that keep communities alive - and move through the world with a visibility rooted in wisdom, not performance.
Alongside the practical architecture of ecosystem design, you will work with the Hermetic Principles as a living map for manifestation - because the feminine wound of "doing everything right and nothing coming to fruition" is a spiritual problem as much as a strategic one.
