This is the question at the heart of everything. An Immersive Living Experience is designed for integration, not inspiration. The practices you develop during the week - the morning rhythm, the circle, the embodiment work - are portable. The pre and post-retreat online circles keep the community alive. You go home with a practice, not just a memory.

Not at all. The work is grounded, inclusive, and built on evidence-informed psychology as much as intuitive practice. What you need is an open heart and genuine curiosity. That is truly enough.

Most women arrive alone. Designing for that is part of Eleftheria's 20 +year practice. The circle creates genuine safety and connection quickly. Many women leave with friendships that persist long after Crete.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable and secures your space. Cancellations 60+ days before: deposit forfeited. Cancellations under 30 days: full cost forfeited. You may transfer your space to another woman with prior approval. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Accessible to most fitness levels. Movement practices are gentle and invitation-based. Excursions allow for personal pacing and choice. The most demanding day physically is the Agia Sophia cave with steps up to the cave and the Elafonissi excursion - which is mostly walking on beautiful sand.

Crete holds a rare and deeply feminine energetic heritage. The "Minoan" civilisation - one of history's earliest cultures built around feminine wisdom, artistry, and community rather than conquest - left its presence in the stone, the land, and the light here. It is not metaphor. You will feel it. Eleftheria has been drawn to this island for years, and this is her second gathering here.

We will co-ordinate a group airport return transfer from the nearest Airport to the Retreat accommodation which is an extra surcharge but with group prices, very affordable. This will depend on flight times and arrival. The return group transfer to, and from the venue will be on set dates and times.If you would like a private transfer, we can organise this for you at an extra surcharge.
